DESCRIPTION
Centrifugal double inlet fans in box casing with belt driven motor (forward shovels).
CONSTRUCTION
Structural shape aluminum frame oxidized P40, with nylons angles reinforced with fiberglass. Sheet metal panels Zn 10/10 or 12/10 thickness 10 mm, double panels "SANDWICH" Zn / Zn thickness 23 mm, with noise reduction and flame proof lining insulation. The ventilation group (fan and motor) is mounted on anti-vibration rubber feet. Between box casing panels and fan mouth a flexible connection of 150mm avoid vibrations transmission. Inspection’s panel can be opened only with utensils. CANALIZED MACHINE.
FAN
Centrifugal fan built with hot galvanized sheets. Forward shovels statically and dynamically balanced.
MOTOR
Electric three-phase motors type UNEL/MEC B3 connected to fan wheel with belts, equipped with adjustable motor mounting.
NOISE LEVEL
Value measured in free filed at a distance of 1,5 meters.
