DESCRIPTION
This system eliminates the soot discharged through the chimney of wood-fired ovens, preventing atmospheric pollution and reducing the risk of fire. It is based on water recirculation system which filtrates smokes and soot produced during combustion with minimal water consumption.
CONSTRUCTION
Structural shape stainless steel thickness 15/10 tig-welding. Levels and controls managed by automatic stainless steel float. Electric board made of unbreakable and explosion proof material. Stainless steel filters decrease the outcoming vapors. In case of black-out, an auxiliary nozzle achieves the correct extraction avoiding smokes and soot problems.
